Step 2: Attach Caster Assemblies to the Frame tubes
Underneath the rear of the trailer, locate the two frame tubes. Each frame tube has one pre-drilled hole on the end.
Align the hole on the Angle bracket to this hole. Using a 1/2” wrench and 5/16” X 1” bolt with four washers and two
nylock nuts attach the caster to the frame tube. Repeat on the other end.
Locate the C-Channel Track on top of the trailer’s sidewalls. Insert a 5/16” Spring nuts into track
on each side. Insert 5/16” x 3/4” bolt, with a washer into bracket hole. Align the bolt with the Spring
Nut. Using a 1/2” wrench, tighten to secure the casters on the C-Channel. Repeat on other side.
Step 3: Attach Caster Assemblies to the C-Channel Track

Step 1: Attach Bullets and Snap Plugs and Remove A-frame tongue
Right below the side marker lights where the A-frame is attached to the trailer, locate the wires coming out of the
A-frame. Peel back the conduit and pull about 6” of the wire though the A-frame. Cut and strip the 3 wires. Crimp the
Bullets and the Snap plugs.
To remove the tongue use an 18 mm wrench and socket to unbolt the 4 bolts holding the tongue to the trailer body.
