Place the radiator with nozzle sockets
pointed downward. Mounting posts
will be screwed into all 12 fan hole
positions.

Insert and tighten each mounting post into
the 12 fan hole positions shown above.
The shortest thread goes into the radiator.
If necessary, use a small wrench or pliers to
tighten the posts. Be careful not to damage
any of the radiator pipes.
Radiator Pipes
Place all 3 fans onto the mounting posts
with labels facing down (airflow moving
down into the radiator).
For cleanliness, keep all fan cables
facing the same direction to one side of
the radiator.

Place the shroud onto
the posts above the
fans.
Place the 3 fan grills onto the posts
above the shroud.
Tighten a thumb nut onto all 12 mounting
posts.
Connect all 3 fans to the wiring
harness. The harness accepts up
to 4 fans, so one female plug will
remain unused.
U s e t h e 3 - w i r e p l u g f r o m t h e
harness if you wish to pass fan
RPM tachometery. This can only be
done for 1 of the 3 fans (the rest use
a 2-wire connection).

KIT-EHX1020 includes 8 metal bushings and
self-tapping screws to assist with mounting.
These are inserted into the outer plastic
receptacles on the fan shroud.
