a. Heating without temperature sensor
The temperature is measured and regulat-
ed exclusively using the hotplate.
The actual temperature in the stirring con-
tainer is always lower than the preset set
temperature. Factors to consider for tem-
perature differences are the following: heat
transfer resistance of the different stirring
containers, heat transfer resistance of the
quantity to be heated and heat loss due to
radiation.
b. Heating with temperature sensor

3. Switch on the device
