Insure that the deviation plate is tilted forward and locked befor the trans-
porting unit of the face down option is placed on the printer housing.
First remove the back cover from your printer by tilting it at a 45 degree
angle and then pulling up (A).
Then remove the front cover (B). To do this also tilt the cover at a 45 de-
gree angle. First pull the right side of the cover a little bit up. Then apply
a little pressure and pull the left side towards the right.
