3 4 Casting the Gel Using the Continuously adjustable Gel Caster
1. All gel trays supplied with these Systems fit into this versatile caster that is simple to
use. To cast your gel follow the 6 steps below:

Place gel tray in position against stationary
gasket as shown.
With cam levers in horizontal position slide
adjustable gate far enough away from stationary
gasket to fit your gel tray.
Slide adjustable gate until snug against gel tray.
Press cam levers into vertical position to lock
gate in place.
Pour gel.
After gel has cooled return levers to horizontal
position and slide away from gel tray.
