2 (318 kg) cans condensed cream of celery soup

2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup of fresh shredded Parmesan cheese

3 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce

3/4 teaspoon Old Bay

®

1-1/2 teaspoons fresh minced garlic

1/4 cup finely chopped green onions

Hot Sauce to taste

2 cups chopped cooked shrimp

1 loaf french bread

Add all ingredients (except bread and shrimp) into the cooking pot.

Cover and cook for 1 hour on HIGH.

Reduce heat to LOW and add shrimp.

Use long skewers or fondue forks to dip the bread.

sMokey swiss chard

with MushrooMs

0.20 kg bacon or 0.40 kg smoked turkey part (leg or wings)

2 cups mushrooms, sliced

2 bunches fresh Swiss chard, cut into 2.50 cm pieces (8 to 10 cups)

Kosher salt

Place bacon or smoked turkey into Slow Cooker cooking pot.

Add mushrooms.

Place the first bunch of Swiss chard into the cooking pot.

Cook on HIGH for 1 hour or LOW for 2 hours.

The Swiss chard will begin to wilt.

Add the second bunch of Swiss chard. Depending on how much

Swiss chard you have on hand, keep adding to the cooking pot

as the greens begin to wilt and create room.

Cook on HIGH for another 1.5 hours or LOW for 3 hours until done.

Remove the bacon. If you have used turkey,

the meat can be removed and cut into bite-sized

pieces and placed back into the cooking pot.

Serve this healthy and delicious side with any meat main course.
