The new 1/2 to 3/4 ton 4 x 2 truck rotor adapter is your
mounting solution for the the 1/2 to 3/4 ton Ford pick-up
model F-150 rotor.
1. Clean the rust and debris from the inner mounting
flange surface of the hub assembly; make sure the cen-
ter hole is clean from any grease and debris.
Note: Always remove any ABS sensors from the rotor.
2. Slide the backing plate onto any 1-inch arbor with
disk side facing out.
3. Insert front bushing into the front spline of the rotor.
4. Mount rotor onto arbor; install spacers (as needed)
and arbor nut.
5. Install a silencer band.
6. You are now ready to machine the rotor.
