Camera is bad. the lens can degrade the image quality.
The color of the image is
poor or strange.
• Adjust White Balance.
• To insure the images you are viewing are the best they can be, set
the Display property setting (color quality) to 16bit at least and 24 bit or
higher if possible within your computer.
•The configuration on the device image display is incorrect. You need
to adjust the image related parameters such as brightness, contrast,
hue and sharpness properly.
Image flickers. • Wrong power line frequency makes images flicker. Make sure the 50
or 60Hz format of your device.
• If the object is dark, the image will flicker. Make the condition around
the Camera brighter.
Noisy images occur. The video images might be noisy if the device is located in a very low
light environment. Make the condition around the camera brighter or
turn the White-light LED on.

Can not play the
recorded ASF file
Have installed Microsoft®’s DirectX 9.0 or later and use the Windows
Media Player 11.0 or later to play the AVI filed recorded by the Device.
