Toggles between Enabling / Disabling the hotkey function.

Sets the PC Compatible keyboard operating platform for the port that currently has
the KVM focus.

Sets the Mac Compatible keyboard operating platform for the port that currently has
the KVM focus.

Sets the Sun keyboard operating platform for the port that currently has the KVM
