Hotkey Operation
In addition to the OSD, the administrator and users can also use hotkey combinations to configure a
number of the CE800 USB KVM Extender’s working environment parameters.
Invoking Hotkey Mode
All Hotkey operations begin by invoking Hotkey Mode (HKM). To invoke
Hotkey Mode, do the following:
1. Hold down the Num Lock key
2. Press and release the minus key
3. Release the Num Lock key
[Num Lock] + [-]
Note: There is an alternative key combination to invoke HKM (see Alternate
Hotkey Invocation Keys, page 35).
