4. Select the output format and/or application
• Click the Format icon.
• Select the format of your choice in the
Format list.
• Select the required Layout settings.
Tip: if you select RTF, choose Recreate
source document > Use columns
instead of frames to get the best
results.
Tip: if you select PDF, choose Image-
Text to get the best results.
• To send your documents directly to
an application, click Choose in the
Output section and browse for required
application.
