The O

sensor used on all New Brunswick Galaxy incubators equipped with the O
2
option is a
sensitive, self-powered, electrochemical cell, with a typical life span of one to two years
dependent on ambient atmospheric levels.
To ensure the maximum shelf life of the O
2
sensor, this incubator is equipped with a placeholder
O
2
sensor. Use the following instructions to replace the supplied O
2
sensor:
•
During initial setup of new incubators.
•
After the sensor shelf life has expired.
•
Sensor is unusable.
