PROCEDURE:

1. REMOVE CONTENTS FROM BOX. VERIFY ALL PARTS ARE PRESENT. READ

INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING INSTALLATION.

The grill of the vehicle will have to be removed in order to install the Upper mounting

brackets, proceed with opening the Hood of the Vehicle.

3. Next using a flat screw driver, carefully begin to remove the Upper Plastic push pins

securing the grill to the vehicles upper radiator support, (Fig 1) shows location of upper
push pins to be removed. Once removed, carefully lean the grill forward, just enough to fit
your flat screw driver in between the back of grill, and the radiator. Note: there are four
plastic push tabs at the bottom, by pushing each tab down and pulling grill forward each tab
will release (Fig 1A) shows location of push tabs with the grill removed, (view from back of
grill).

4. With the grill removed you now need to remove the torque screws, and the factory nuts

holding the Upper bumper to the radiator

. NOTE: (1 each per side).

Passenger/Right Side

shows location of screws and nuts, once removed Refer to the parts list Diagram above,
select the Upper Mounting Brackets (A & B).

5. Starting with Passenger/Right side Upper bracket, pull the plastic tab of the bumper forward

to give yourself enough room to slip the bracket under plastic and over factory bolt end, Re-
attach factory nut (Fig 3) shows bracket attached. Repeat for Drivers side.

6. Once you have the Upper brackets mounted, begin to attach brackets A1 & B1 to them

with the supplied hardware, (1) 8mm x 25mm Hex bolt (1) 8mm flat washer and (1) 8mm
lock washer per. (Fig 4 & Fig 4A) shows attachment.

You can now re-install the grill of the vehicle. Starting with Passenger/Right side, slip

bracket A1 threw the lower opening of the grill on an angle, then slide the grill over the
driver/Left, mount bracket B1. Carefully push grill in at the bottom until it snaps in place re-
attach the 4 upper push pins.

8. Next, using a flat screw driver, carefully begin to remove the Plastic push pins securing the

bottom of bumper to the vehicles underside once removed, carefully pull the bottom of the
bumper down, just enough to fit the (2)10mm Bolt Plates in to the bottom of the factory
support for the Radiator, (Fig5) shows Bolt Plate installed then push bumper over Bolt (Fig
5A)
shows bolt plate installed and Bolt threw bumper.

9. Proceed to install the lower Mounting brackets to the Bolt Plates with (1) 10mm Flat

washer, (1) 10mm Lock washer and (1) 10mm Nut (Fig 6) shows brackets installed, Snug
but do not tighten hardware.

10. Your License plate will need to be relocated, please remove the license plate and the

plastic holder; your license will be reinstalled to the Sport bar by using the supplied license
plate relocation bracket. Begin by securely mounting bracket to the Sport bar with (2) 6mm
bolts, (2) 6mm flat washers, and (2) lock washer, once secure you can attach your license
plate to the new license bracket, using the (2) 6mm bolts, (2) 6mm flat washers, (2) 6mm
lock washers.
