STEP 5:
• Once bumper is fully adjusted the rubber liner in
the wheel well needs to be cut back to fit inside
road armor bumper.
Start with outer edge of liner.
Start by drawing line with marker of where the liner
needs to be cut. This is a rough guess so if need be
leave extra you can always cut more off but you
can’t add the liner back on once it’s removed.

• Once this is marked cut it with cut off wheel as
shown below.

Repeat on other side and lower section.
• Once the plastic wheel well liner has been cut
insert liner in behind end cap of bumper assembly.
This should be help in place without fasteners if it
was cut at correct length.
