STEP 1 :
Make sure you have all necessary tools and hard-
ware.
(2) Double Bolt Plates
(2) ½” Push On Retainers
(4) ½” Flat Washers
(4) ½” Lock Washers
(4) ½”-13 Hex Nut
(4) 3/8” Socket Head Cap Screw (For Winch)
(4) 7/16” Socket Head Cap Screw (For Winch)
(4) ALLEN HEAD BOLT & NUT (for logo)
STEP 2:
• Park on a level surface
• Remove license plate
• Disconnect battery
• Disconnect Factory Fog Lights if truck is equipped
• Before starting to remove bumper it is smart to tape
off paint around bumper to avoid scratches during
install.

STEP 3:
• Using an18mm socket remove the two bolts on outer
bumper brace. The outer bumper brace holds the
outer edge of the bumper to the frame. Refer to
the two picture below to determine which bolts to
remove.

Repeat this step for the other side of the truck.
• Using an 18mm socket remove the three nuts on the
bolt plates that hold the bumper mounts to frame.
Do not remove the double bolt plate until it is time
to remove bumper from truck.

Repeat for other side of truck
• NOTE: Bumper will be removed during this step.
Be prepared to hold bumper in place and remove
once bolt plates are removed.
Remove the bolt plates which the nuts were re
moved from during the last step. Once they are re
moved the bumper can be removed from truck.
