Reinstalling Applications
If you erased your hard disk as part of reinstalling Mac OS X, you must reinstall the
applications that came with your Mac mini, such as the iLife applications.
To install the applications that came with your Mac mini:
1 Back up your important files.
2 Insert the Applications Install DVD that came with your Mac mini.
3 Double-click Install Bundled Software.
4 Follow the onscreen instructions.
5 When the installation is complete, click Close.
Resetting Your Password
If you forget your administrator password, you can reset it.
To reset your password:
1 Insert the Mac OS X Install DVD that came with your computer.
2 Double-click Install Mac OS X.
3 After selecting your language, choose Utilities > Reset Password from the menu bar
and follow the onscreen instructions.
4 Quit the Mac OS X Installer.
