Cassette Compartment

VIDEO CASSETTE RECORDER
VCR Light
This light appears when
the VCR is in VCR posi-
tion. This light does not
appear when the VCR is in
TV position. Details are on
pages 24 and 28.
Record Light
This light appears during a
recording. It flashes when
a recording is paused.
Cassette-Inside Light
This light appears when a
tape is in the VCR.
PWR.(power) Light
This light appears when
the power is on.
Timer Light
This light glows when the VCR is
turned off to set a timer recording,
during a timer recording, or during
a One-Touch Recording. It flashes
if the power is off for a timer
recording, but no tape is in the
VCR. It flashes when all timer
recordings are finished.
Clock/Feature Display with Auto Dimmer
This display tells you the current time (when the
clock is set) and briefly displays which
feature the VCR is currently performing.
Refer to the feature messages below. When the
VCR power is off, the brightness of the display will
dim slightly.
