DM16
Floor-standing loudspeaker system
Product Summary
●
As the top of the line model in B&W’s DM Series, The DM16 represents the ultimate integration
of high style and performance.
●
Without resorting to professional studio-style configurations, the DM16 incorporates many of
B&W’s major technological innovations; including the use of polymer driver cones and domes.
Technical highlights
●
B&W’s ability to reduce the number of crossover network components to an absolute minimum
means that the signal has a more direct path to the drivers – an advantage which produces a
cleaner, more linear performance. B&W’s patented APOC Circuit protects both systems
against excessive overload.
●
The enclosures have matched the design simplicity with the beauty of real wood veneers.
Their high density, bevel wedged front baffles are more than just visually pleasing – the bevel
actually helps top reproduce diffraction and so improve dispersion.
