attachingthepowerconduit.

Lifting the Generator

Thegeneratorweighsmorethan650pounds.Propertools,

equipmentandqualifiedpersonnelshouldbeusedinall

phasesofhandlingandmovingthegenerator.

Two48”lengthsof1”pipe(B),suppliedbytheinstaller,are

requiredtoliftthegeneratormanually.Insertpipesthrough

theliftingholes(A)locatedneartheunit’sbase.

Youmayalsolifttheunitusinga“hookandhoist”method

attachedtotheliftingpipes,providedthatyouuseaspreader

bartoensurethatthechainsorcablesDONOTtouchthe

generator’sroof.
Afterunitisinplace,filltheliftingholeswiththesupplied

liftingholeplugs.
