adjustmentisneededatnoload,slowlyrotatethe
governoradjustmentscrew(A)clockwiseand/or
counterclockwiseuntilfrequencyis6.0to6.5Hz.
9. PushandholdMANUAL OVER-RIDEbuttononcontrol
panelagainuntilenginestops.
10. Turntheservicedisconnecttothetransferswitchoff.
Afterashorttimedelay,thetransferswitchwillconnect
tothegenerator.
11. Loadgeneratortofullload.
1. Connectanaccuratefrequencymetertotheloadsideof
thegenerator’smaincircuitbreaker.Frequencyshould
beabove57.0Hz.
13. Iffrequencyisbelow57.0Hz,slowlyrotatethe
governoradjustmentnutorscrewclockwiseand/or
counterclockwiseuntilfrequencyisabove57.0Hz.
14. Turntheservicedisconnecttothetransferswitchon.
Thetransferswitchwillconnecttotheutilityafterfive
minutes.
15. Aftertheenginehasstoppedrunning,
• Ifanadjustmentwasmadeinstep13,repeatsteps
3through9.
• Ifanadjustmentwasnotmadeinstep13,proceed
tostep16.
IMPORTANT:Ifthenoloadfrequencyfallsoutoftheno
loadparameterafterfullloadadjustmentismade,contactan
authorizedservicecenter.
16. Reinstallthecircuitbreakercovertotheairintake
guard.
17. Closetheoildrainandcontrolpanelaccessdoors.
