Pressing
Environmental protection is equally vital in special deep foun-
dation applications and above all in sensitive areas, where
emissions of noise, exhaust fumes and vibration are subject
to critical observation. In order to meet these demanding
requirements, Liebherr offers hydraulic presses for quiet and
vibration-less installation of sheet piles.
Four-cylinder-press
with variable geometry
With its modular design consisting of a support frame and
four pressing cylinders with clamp assembly, the press can be
fi tted onto any sheet pile profi le.
High pressing force
and automatic pressing cycle
With pressing forces of up to 120 tonnes, a pressing process
ideally adjusted to the relevant soil conditions as well as a se-
lected pressing cycle, the Litronic control automatically pilots
the process of pile installation.
Moment limiter
to protect against overload
Measuring devices monitor the pressing process and protect
against overload and damage as well as against unforesee-
able follow-up costs.
