Impact pile driving
Liebherr also offers a series of leader-mounted hydraulic
hammers for its LRB machines.
Perfect tuning
With various drop weights every hammer can be tuned ide-
ally to its pile driving task. Due to the low height of hydraulic
hammers, it is possible to install long impacting elements
with comparatively small machines and to keep energy con-
sumption at an unrivalled low level thanks to the ingenious
hydraulic system.
Useful accessories
Whether for installing concrete piles and pipes, or for sheet
piles and beams – adequate accessories are available for
every pile driving application: starting with drive caps for
the most diverse cross-sections up to the various spreader
plates with their adequate guides.
Installed and documented
The Litronic control records the current impact energy, pile
penetration and blow rate of the hammer, calculates the
load-bearing capacity of the pile and creates the relevant
pile driving protocol.
