To adjust the earpiece
volume for message playback
During playback:
Press the UP button to
increase the volume.
Press the DOWN button to
decrease the volume.
The display will show volume
and the level you are setting.
The volume will remain at the
level you have set until you
adjust it again.
To skip back during message
playback
During playback:
Press the option button
to skip back to the start of the
current message.
Press the option button
twice to skip back to the start
of the previous message.

To skip forward during
message playback
During playback:
Press the option button
to skip forward to the next
message.

To delete individual
messages during playback
During playback:
Press the DEL option button.
Playback of the message is
stopped and the prompt will
announce, “Message deleted”. DEL

During message playback
When a message is being played the
handset display will show the number
of the message and you will have the
options to increase or decrease the
earpiece volume, delete messages or
skip forwards and backwards through
your messages.
