The display shows Entry Saved .
Press the CLEAR button until
you return to the standby
screen.
To edit a name and number in
the directory
Press the DIRECTORY option
button.
The first entry in the directory
will be displayed.
Use the UP or DOWN button to
scroll through the directory to
find the entry you want to edit.
Press the EDIT option button.
The display will show Edit
Name and the name will have a
cursor flashing after it.
Press the CLEAR button to
delete it, character by character.
Enter the new character(s)
using the letters on the keypad
buttons.
Press the OK option button to
confirm.
The display will show Edit
Number and the number will
have a cursor flashing after it.
Press the CLEAR button to
delete all unwanted digits.
Enter the new digit(s).
Press the SAVE option button
to confirm.

To delete a name and number
in the directory
Press the DIRECTORY option
button.
The first entry in the directory
will be displayed.
Use the UP or DOWN button
to scroll through to the entry
you want to delete.
Press the DEL option button.
The display will show Delete
Entry?
Press the DEL options button
to confirm. (If you decide
not to delete, press the SAVE
options button.)
The display will show Entry
Deleted and you will hear a
confirmation beep.
Press the CLEAR button until
you return to the standby
screen.
