The trip meter may not be accurate, depending on the availability and quality of your
GPS connection.
Depending on the available positioning methods, the accuracy of positioning may
vary from a few yards to several miles.
Deactivate positioning methods
Assisted GPS (A-GPS), Wi-Fi, and network (cell ID) positioning help your device
determine your current location more quickly and accurately. To save on data costs,
especially when abroad, you can deactivate one or several of the services.

The Assisted GPS (A-GPS) network service retrieves location information using the
cellular network, and assists GPS in calculating your current location.
Your device is preconfigured to use the Nokia A-GPS service, if no service provider-
specific A-GPS settings are available. The assistance data is retrieved from the Nokia
A-GPS service server only when needed.
You must have a mobile data internet access point defined in the device to retrieve
assistance data.
Save and share places
Save or view a place or route
To aid your travel planning, you can search for, hotels, attractions, or gas stations,
and save them to your phone.

2 Select the place's info area at the top of the screen.

View a saved place
In the main view, select > >
Places
and the place.
Group the places into a collection, for example, when planning a trip.
