Location

You need to place your BT Diverse X10 close enough to
the telephone and mains power sockets so that the
cables will reach.

The strength of the handset signal depends on where you
site the base. Putting it as high as possible can help to
provide the best signal. Make sure it is at least 1 metre
away from other electrical appliances to avoid interference.

Setting up the base

1. Plug the power adaptor cable into the back of the base.

Plug the power adaptor into the mains wall socket and
switch the power on. When the power is connected
correctly, the red Power light on the base comes on.
