Unable to hear any
sound from the earphone

The maximum number of marks
(99) has been reached.
Erase unneeded marks ( ☞ P.44).
The file is locked.

setting on a PC.
Unable to charge the
battery
Other than the specified battery
is used.

The [USB Settings] is set to

The PC is unable to
recognize the voice
recorder.
When connecting to the PC, [AC
Adapter] was selected. When transferring data to the PC, select

Button operations are
abnormal. The [Transcription Mode] setting

[Off] (

Wi-Fi cannot be
