(When the camera is connected to a computer or printer
Possible cause
Corrective action

The printer fails to connect.
[PC] was selected on the
monitor after connecting
the camera to the printer
with the USB cable.
Remove the USB cable, and start again from
Step 1 of “Connecting the camera to a
printer”.
The printer does not
support PictBridge.
Refer to the printer’s instruction manual or
contact the manufacturer.

The camera is not recognized by the computer.
The computer failed to
recognize the camera.
Disconnect the USB cable from the camera,
and connect it again.
The USB driver has not
been installed.
Install OLYMPUS Master.
