To change the allowance, press [Max. Allowance Set]. Change the maximum number of prints to be
allowed for the user after a successful authentication.
% Press [Total] on the right side of "Management System," [Enable] on the right side of "Max. Allow-
ance Set," and [Maximum].
% Use the touch panel keypad, [,], or [+] to enter the desired number of allowed prints. Available
range for the allowance is from 0 to 99,999,999.
% Press [OK] twice to return to the User Registration Screen.
% The allowance for color and black prints can be changed separately.
% Press [Individual] on the right side of "Management System," [Enable] on the right side of "Max. Al-
lowance Set - Color" or "Max. Allowance Set - Black," and [Maximum].
