Download a file in TIFF format
Scanned job stored in Mailbox of print controller can be
downloaded to your PC hard disk drive with TIFF format.
1.
Display WebScan window referring the
procedure in page 9.
2.
Enter the Box No. that includes the job
you want to download in the Mailbox
column then click [Refresh].
The jobs stored in the Box are listed.
3.
Select the job you want to download
from the list.
4.
Click
▼ from the File Format then
select TIFF from drop-down list.
5.
Specify the page to be downloaded in
page field.
Select [All] to download all the pages in a job.
6.
Click [Save As].
FTP Download window appears.
7.
Select [Open this file from its current
location] or [Save this file to disk] then
click [OK].
Open this file from its current location:
Internet Explorer starts up and selected job appears.
Click [Save As] ( ) then store TIFF file on the PC.
Save this file to disk:
Specify the directory to save the TIFF file. When Down-
load complete window appears, click [Close].
TIFF file is stored on the PC.
