Using the keyboard
Numeric keypad
Depending on your model, your computer might come with a separate numeric keypad or function keys
that could work as a numeric keypad.
For Lenovo V480 and V480c models
The keyboard has keys that can work as a 10-key numeric keypad when enabled. To enable or disable the
keypad, press Fn+F8.
For Lenovo V580 and V580c models
The keyboard has a separate numeric keypad. To enable or disable the keypad, press the Numeric Lock
key (NmLk).
Note: The Numeric Lock indicator is on when the numeric keypad is enabled.
Function key combinations
To use the function key combinations, press and hold the Fn key 1 , then press one of the function keys 2 .
