Camera Ready Light Status
Status Cause Solution
Ready light does not
turn on and the
camera does not
work. Camera is not turned
on. Turn on the camera
(
page 7 ).
Battery is exhausted. Recharge the battery
( page 4 ).
Battery is not
properly installed. Reinstall the battery
(
page 5 ).
Mode dial was on
when battery was
reloaded. Turn Mode dial off, then
back on.
Ready light glows
steady green. Camera is on; ready
to take a picture or
video. The camera is operating
normally.
Ready light blinks red. Battery is low or
exhausted.
Recharge the battery
(
page 4 ).
