Exclusion of liability
WIKA guarantees that the temperature switch is in perfect working condition when it is delivered.
The basis consists of the technical data in the data sheet and these operating instructions.
Liability cannot be accepted for the suitability of the temperature switch.
Usage for any other purpose than the ones that are mentioned in „Correct purpose of use“ is
not permitted.
Claims for compensation will only be entertained by WIKA in the event of intent or gross
negligence. Responsibility for damage to equipment, systems or the surroundings of the tem-
perature switch will not be accepted.
No liability is accepted for damage caused by incorrect operation.
The haulage contractor is responsible for damage that occurs in transit.
2. Temperature switch description
The temperature switch has one analogue output and one switching output (model TR70-B) or
two switching outputs (model TR70-A). The switching output(s) is (are) adjusted using the two
buttons: set point, reset point (hysteresis), switching function (normally closed/normally open
contact).
The programmable analogue output is a special feature. It can be adjusted in 0.1 K steps within
a span of 80 % of the temperature range.
