D. Extraction hood
As the ovens use hot air and combi steam, steam will inevitably escape from the oven chamber
when the oven door is opened.
To catch the steam, the oven can be equipped with a specially designed integrated extraction
hood. The extraction hood is available for 1/1-GN and 2/1-GN ovens.
Turning on and off the extraction hood with steam condenser
Press both the arrow keys in the upper right-hand corner, until the temperature display shows
“FAN”. At the same time, the display for humidity pulsing shows “ON” or “OFF”. Change
between ON and OFF by pressing the ON/OFF key next to the key for humidity pulsing.
E. Handshower
To facilitate work, increase safety, and make cleaning more efficient, most HOUNÖ models are
equipped with an integrated handshower.
