Problem Possible Cause Corrective Action
Water leaks from
Permeate Port.
Permeate Port not tight. Tighten with strap wrench if necessary.
O-rings not lubricated. Lubricate O-rings with food-grade lubricant.
O-rings split, cut, or twisted. Replace O-rings.
Water leaks from system
fitting or connection.
Not enough pipe thread sealant used. Redo fitting with proper amount of sealant.
Fitting loose or broken. Retighten or replace fitting.™
