Controls and Connectors and Their
Functions
1 Interface connector
2 B/x AMS button
Starts or stops playback.
3 ./> AMS button
Searches for the beginning of the current or next track.
4 Volume adjustment button
Adjusts the headphone volume.
5 Busy lamp
Lights when the Audio Adapter is running.
6 Lock release button
Press and hold this button down to connect/disconnect the
interface connector to/from your CLIÉ handheld. For connection,
make sure that the connector is firmly seated in place when you
release the button.
7 HOLD switch
Use this switch to prevent accidental operation of the buttons.
Slide the HOLD switch to ON to disable button operations on the
Audio Adapter.
8 Clip
Use this clip to hook the Audio Adapter to your pocket and so on.
9 Headphones jack
Connect the supplied headphones here to listen to audio.
