e Monitor Settings

Choose whether or not to display information in the monitor, and set the monitor
brightness.

Photo Info

The following display options are available.
See “The Monitor” (

A 6) for information on indicators in the monitor.

Press the

Photo info

Choose information displayed in the monitor during shooting and playback mode.

Image review

On (default setting): Picture is automatically displayed in the monitor
immediately after it is taken and the monitor display returns to shooting mode.
Off: Picture is not displayed after it is taken.

Brightness

Choose from five settings for monitor brightness. The default setting is 3.

Show info

Auto info
(default setting)

The current settings or operation guide is displayed for a few seconds, as in
Show info above. After a few seconds, display will be the same as Hide info.

appears to help frame pictures, in
addition to Auto info display
information. In other modes, the
display is the same Auto info.
