Taking Pictures for a Panorama
The camera focuses on the subject in the center of the frame. Use a tripod for best
results. Set Vibration reduction (
A 142) to Off when using a tripod to stabilize
the camera during shooting.

Tap the shooting mode control in
shooting mode to display the
shooting mode menu, and tap C.

to show the direction in which pictures will be
joined.

Tap the direction.
Select how pictures will be joined together in the
completed panorama; right (

The panorama direction can be reselected by
tapping the panorama direction icon again.
Apply flash mode (
A 30), self-timer (A 32), and
macro mode (
A 35) settings with this step, if necessary.
