5. Use the navigation key to select a video, and press PLAY to play the
highlighted video.
6. Press the left soft key Erase to erase the selected video.
7. Press the right soft key Options to select from the following options:
• Send: Launches the Create Picture-Video Message screen.
• Record Videos: Activates the camcorder.
• To PIX Place: Transfers the file to the online gallery.
• V Cast Videos: Launches the internet to get online videos. You can only access
this feature in Landscape mode.
• Set As Wallpaper: Sets the selected video as wallpaper for the main display.
• Rename: Allows you to rename the video.
• Lock/Lock: Secures/Unsecures the video to prevent deletion.
• Erase All: Erases all videos from the gallery exept the locked images.
• File Info: Provides the Name, Date, Time, Duration and Size of the selected video.
8. Use the navigation key to make your selection and press .
PIX Place
Sends pictures to your online album.
Note: You must first setup your account on the Verizon Wireless website: www.verizonwireless.com before
establishing a connection.
1. Open your u740 in Landscape mode.
2. In idle mode, press MENU, use the left navigation key to highlight
GET IT NOW and press .
3. Press 2 ( ) Picture & Video.
4. Press 5 ( ) PIX Place. The PIX Place sign-on screen displays.
5. Enter your Mobile Number and Password. Use the navigation key to
highlight LOGIN and press . You are now connected to your online
album.
Take Pictures
This menu launches the camera.
1. Open your u740 in Landscape mode.
Tip: Alternatively to launch the camera, press . Press and hold to launch camcorder.
2. In idle mode, press MENU, use the navigation key to highlight
GET IT NOW and press .
