Standard LED-Illuminated Monorail bends horizontally to a radius
as small as 12". It cannot be bent vertically in the field.

Determine the radius of the curve or circle.
On a piece of plywood draw the curved pattern.
Cut out the curved pattern from the plywood.
Make sure that cut out plywood is secured in place.

Start bending the rest of the LED-Illuminated Monorail against
the circular plywood until the desired curve or circle is

may cause the rails to separate from the insulator.
