Ensure that the fixture base is level and secure it to the nipple
with the lock washer and nut.
Gently push the excess power lines into the nipple.
Install the Lamp and Shade

SOCKET LAMP
Screw the lamp into the socket. 1
Use
Type A19 Medium Base Lamp. 120 volt MAX 60 Watt
CAUTION: To reduce the risk of a burn or electric
shock during lamping and re-lamping, disconnect
the power to the fixture.

Gently place the shade and diffuser onto the fixture base.
Replace the two screws and tightly secure the shade assembly.

NOTE: Ensure that the glass diffuser seats in the
fixture base correctly.

1 13 For wet locations, caulk around the base where the wall meets
the fixture with waterproof construction sealant.
