Power failure; the fuse
has been switched off;
the mains plug
has not been inserted

Connect mains plug. Check whether
the power is on, check the fuses.
Floor of
the refrigerator
compartment is wet.
The condensation
channels
or condensation
drainage pipe are
blocked.
Clean the condensation channels
and the outlet (see “Cleaning
the appliance”). Fig. ,
Stopper is missing
from the condensation
drainage pipe.
Insert stopper.
The cool-fresh
compartment is too
warm.
The fixed setting has
been set too high
or too low (e.g. if there
is frost in the “cool-
fresh” compartment).
Press super button on refrigerator
compartment, Fig. 2/6, for
3 seconds until a beep sounds.
Temperature display on refrigerator
compartment 8 flickers.
The temperature in the cool-fresh
compartment can be set to be 2
steps warmer and/or colder. If
the bargraph is set to 5, the cool-
fresh compartment has
a temperature of almost 0 °C.
Setting 3 – coldest setting
Setting 8 – warmest setting
Change the setting using the
temperature selection button on
refrigerator compartment 7.
After one minute, the set
temperature is stored.
The temperature in
the freezer
compartment is too
warm.
Appliance opened
frequently.
Do not open the appliance
unnecessarily.
The ventilation
openings have been
covered.
Remove obstacles.
Large quantities of
fresh food are being
frozen.
Do not exceed max. freezing
capacity.
