Switching Audio/Subtitle/Angle
DVD VIDEO/DVD VR/SVCD
If diff erent types of audio, subtitle, or angle are recorded on the disc, you can
select one of them.
[AUDIO] Selecting the audio language DVD VIDEO, DVD VR, VCD/SVCD
[SUBTITLE] Selecting the subtitle language DVD VIDEO, DVD VR, SVCD
[ANGLE] Selecting the angle DVD VIDEO
The setting screen is displayed on the TV screen.
： Audio language
： Subtitle language
ENGLISH
： Angle
You can press the z [SUBTITLE] key repeatedly to show/hide the subtitle.
You can also press the z [AUDIO] or [ANGLE] key repeatedly to cycle the setting.
If you see language codes on the screen such as "AA" and "AB", see "Language z
Code List" for more information. (See P.96)
You can also use the menu bar to switch the audio, subtitle, and angle. (See P.49) z
For VCD or SVCD, "ST", "L", and "R" displayed on the screen mean "Stereo audio", z
"Left channel", and "Right channel", respectively.
Press the [ A] or [B] key to select the desired language or
angle.
