Symptoms Solution
Tuner
A radio broadcast cannot be
received. Connect the antennas. (P.8) z
Connect the black and white cords of the AM loop antenna correctly. z

Select the broadcast band (AM or FM). (P.22)

Tune the radio to the frequency of the desired station. (P.22) z
A radio broadcast has
interference from noise. Install an outdoor antenna away from roads. z
Turn off any electrical appliances that may be causing interference. z
Move the System away from the TV. z
Automatic presetting does
not work. Perform automatic presetting again. (P.23) z
Manually preset stations with frequencies that you can receive. (P.23) z
BLUETOOTH
Pairing cannot be done. Reduce the distance between the System and the BLUETOOTH device. z
Pairing may not be possible if there are other BLUETOOTH devices z
around the System. In this case, turn off the other BLUETOOTH devices.
Connection failed. Check whether the connected audio player supports A2DP (Advanced z
Audio Distribution Profile) or AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control
Profile). (P.14)

No sound can be heard from
the iPod/iPhone. The iPod/iPhone is not properly connected. Remove the iPod/iPhone z
from the System, and then connect it again. (P.28)
The iPod/iPhone cannot be
charged. The iPod/iPhone is not properly connected. Disconnect the iPod/ z
iPhone from the System, and then connect it again. (P.28)
The iPod/iPhone does not
play, or the iPod/iPhone
cannot be recognized. Reset the iPod/iPhone while disconnected from the System, then z
unplug and plug the power cord. (For reset of iPod/iPhone, refer to the
Apple web site.)
The iPod/iPhone is connected to the
z terminal. The terminal
of the System does not support the iPod/iPhone connection.
