Turning discovery on and off
To turn discovery on and off,
select Discover > On | Off from the HAFM menu bar.
Determining the discovery state
NOTE:
The Product List panel may be hidden by default. To view the Product List, select View >
Product List from the HAFM menu bar or press F9.
You can determine the discovery status of products by looking at the Status column in the Product
shows the list of operational statuses and their equivalent discovery states.
Configuring the Product Type and Access
You can specify the product type and set a user name and password for the address.
NOTE:
The Product Type and Access tab may not be available in all situations.
1.
Select Discover > Setup.
The Discover Setup dialog box (
) displays.
2.
Click Add.
The Address Properties dialog box displays.
