Overview
The tape drive is a LTO Ultrium Generation 3 single cartridge loader unit. It is designed
for backup operations for NonStop servers. The tape drive only comes in a tabletop
configuration.
This tape drive connects to the Fibre Channel ServerNet adapter (FCSA) on the
NonStop server by a fiber-optic cable.
Figure 1-1 shows how the tape drive connects to
the NonStop NS-series server.
