Repeating defects
If defects repeat at any of the following approximate intervals on the page, the print cartridge might be
damaged.
● 37 mm
● 63 mm
● 94 mm
Print the Supplies Status page
The Supplies Status page indicates the estimated life remaining in print cartridges. It also lists the
part number for the correct genuine HP print cartridge for your product so you can order a replacement
print cartridge, as well as other useful information.
1. At the product control panel, press the Home button.
2. Open the following menus:
● Administration
● Reports
● Configuration/Status Pages
3. Select the Supplies Status Page option, and then press the OK button to print the report.
