Additional Administrator Passwords
VOE allows the assignment of three additional Administrator passwords. These additional Administrator
passwords grant authority to users to execute all the functions of the Master Administrator password
except for Password management. Only the user logged on with the Master Administrator password
can access and execute the Password management functions.
To set additional Administrator passwords:
1. Click on the Set button next to the selected Administrator (Administrator 1, Administrator 2, or
Administrator 3).

2. The Change Password dialog box appears. Enter the password for the selected Administrator in
the Change Password field, and re-enter it in the Confirm New Password field to confirm. The
password can be any combination of alphanumeric characters or blanks up to 30 characters.
Click Submit to set the password.
