Premium Wet Clean Module
Note: Pump motor is prewired for
200 – 240V input. Motor must be rewired for
380V or greater input. For rewiring, refer to
pump motor junction box and Step 6 of the
following procedure.
Note: All power must be removed from the
washer-extractor before the Premium Wet
Clean Module installation instructions are
executed.
Read the following instructions thoroughly
before proceeding. The installer must have
a comprehensive understanding of the
instructions before attempting installation
of the Premium Wet Clean Module.
The orientation for installation is from the rear
of the washer-extractor.
1. Removing the paneling:
a. Remove washer-extractor top cover.
b. Remove rear panel and right side front
panel of the washer-extractor.
2. Building the right drain for water
recirculation:
a. Remove the drain cover plate on the
right side of washer-extractor rear. See
Figure 19.
b. Remove the sump plug from the
recirculation drain outlet. See
Figure 20.

c. Install the drain adaptor plate included
with the kit in the place of the drain
cover plate. See Figure 19.
d. Install the inner drain hose and flex
drain hose as shown in Figure 20.
3. Positioning the canister/filter/pump
assembly:
a. Place the canister/filter/pump assembly,
included in the kit, behind the washer-
extractor. Connect the canister/filter
inlet with the flex hose.
b. Position the canister/filter/pump
assembly so that the flex hose bends
without tension.
Lock out the main power panel and lock out
the power supply to the control box before
attempting any service procedures.
