2.7 Sync Music

digital music service that lets you
listen to millions of songs from
thousands of artists. Discover new
and old favorites with the extensive
music catalog. Download V CAST
Music with Rhapsody
® to sync
tracks, albums, and playlists to
your new compatible phone, while
managing your existing PC music
library all in one place.
Purchase songs on your wireless
device*
When you purchase music from
your wireless device, you also get a
second copy that can be
downloaded to your PC from the V
CAST with Rhapsody software.
*Per-song charges apply.
System Requirements: Windows
Vista, or XP
V CAST Music with Rhapsody will
work with Windows Vista, XP, or
2000 (Only 32- bit versions of
Windows are supported.) Not
available for Mac or Linux.
Download music to your PC
1. Open V CAST Music with
Rhapsody. Don’t have V CAST
Music with Rhapsody?
Download it for free at
verizonwireless.com/music
.
2. Go to
MENU > Settings &
Tools > USB Mode
and select
Media Sync Mode
.
3. Use the USB cable to connect
your phone with your PC
(through an available USB port).
4. On the external screen on your
phone, the Sync Music display
will appear. Your phone will
display “Connected”.
5. On the Rhapsody screen, locate
the Sources panel.
Click on your phone’s
Tracks
subfolder.
6. Drag and drop the song(s) you
want to sync from from your PC
into the Tracks panel.
Once synchronization is complete,
press the
Key and
disconnect the USB cable.
NOTE
A compatible USB cable is
required for syncing.
